Sharing a screenshot sounds simple — until it isn’t.
Most options mean:
- Uploading to a third-party service
- Creating an account
- Leaving images around forever
- Accidentally oversharing more than you intended
I wanted something faster and more disposable.
So I built screen2.link.
What it does

Open it, view it, and it’s gone.
Why I made it
- Screenshots are often:
- Debug output
- Error messages
- Internal tools
- Temporary context
They don’t need to live forever in chat history, cloud albums, or random image hosts.
This is for the “can you look at this real quick?” moments.
