I've seen some vim wizards in action, and they make me jelous. I have a vim cheatsheet I pull up when it's the only editor available on a remote server, but I hardly use that anymore now that vscode can operate remote over SSH.
My capacity for raw memorization is pretty low and I've just finally accepted that the time it would take to memorize everything just to be able to be as effective as I am with vscode is better spent learning other things.
