Since you repeat the technology used in each part, perhaps you could make that the first point of each section and then maybe a summary at the end. It's also a bit wordy. Is it necessary to say "Develop CRUD (create, read, update, delete) web applications. I think "Develop web applications" is probably enough.

Yeah, I'm struggling a bit with how to approach the tech stacks with each job. Current format with wordier descriptions was to accommodate applications to non-dev shops (and for the benefit of non-techie managers, etc.). However, I largely agree, it would be nice to improve brevity and add some higher impact statements in the freed up space.
