Highlights of the Semester
Let’s look back at some of the wonderful events BUCC organized this semester
In case you missed it, or you knew about it and decided not to attend because you thought it was all hype - just know we had fun.
These are some of the events and how to fix up next semester:
Tech Xplore
This event brought together students from Crawford, UNILORIN, Bowen, ABUAD, Caleb, FUNAAB, Bells, UNILAG, Adeleke, and even Pan Atlantic University. The one-week event featured a marathon of amazing events including Seminars, Software Pitching, and Inter-School Debates and before you think it was all boring with PowerPoint slides and speeches, we had an amazing game and movie night and a beautiful dinner to wrap it up. No-Code Techies
This event was held on the 12th of November to highlight the aspects of the tech world that do not require programming. It was a wonderful session. We were pleased to have Sihiyona Olayinka and Kachi Kalu speak to us too.
FemmeTech Hangout
Women in Tech assemble! This picnic was very sadly planned for only the female members of BUCC to interact, have fun, and chill while men were left to view snaps of the event. Kems (BUCC Vice-President Academics) nice one oh! The event didn’t disappoint! It featured games, food, and lots more! Catch a recap!
Bi-weekly Jogging
School stress got us drowning? This jog was our life raft! Sweating out your anger and frustration is amazing therapy. From next semester, endeavor to join us because health is wealth - na person wey dey alive dey code.
Not forgetting our monthly prayers and the Finding God and Purpose program convened by our Chaplain. So, we had an amazing time at BUCC events this semester. Big ups to our executives!
