Ok now this is something I can answer.
I used to look at guys doing cool calisthenics skills and I always wanted to learn them but all of us knew that these skills are how difficult to learn. That time I could hardly do 10 pushups. It was the time of april. I finally decided to start working out and I practiced something each and every day. Ya I missed few days when I was not well or busy because of my exams or other stuff but I tried to be as consistent as possible. I havent made any changes in my diet hence I've not gained a lot of muscles but talking about today I did 50 pushups in a go and 12 pullups. I know it's not a lot but I feel that I've made a lot of progress.
This was my experience of how daily habits helped me achieve my goal.

I find it easy to get distracted while studying/working and using Pomodoro techniques, like the Forest app, has helped me concentrate better. Another application that has helped me maintain my studies and frequent contact with English is Duolingo, where I have been on the offensive for 93 days. I notice the difference when writing or participating in classes. Maintaining a routine of habits can be difficult at first, but they bring big changes over time.

The nice thing about daily habits is that you can really ease into them.

For example, a few months ago I started trying to make at least one valuable commit to a repository of mine or someone else's every single day, with the aspiration to grow into making a lot of commits every day.

Well, I've been able to slowly increment the time I spend working on repositories, and now I'm at the point where, once I'm done with school, I just go and make contributions, which is really nice!
