It's been a while since I've written a game review. It's not that I haven't been playing games, but rather that many games I play only to a certain point. Or they are games that never end (for example: Monster Hunter MHW, MHWI, MHR ..). The first Far Cry game I played was [Far Cry: Primal](https://acg.gamer.com.tw/acgDetail.php?s=79994) on PS4. I have to say that Far Cry: Primal is the type of game I like. Besides having an open world, it also has a skill tree to choose from, and a beast pet system, which is quite interesting. I also accidentally finished the game, and it also motivated me to buy Fay Cry5.
I have to admire the visual processing of Far Cry5. Many times I feel like the PS4's performance is being squeezed dry. Many beautiful mountain and grassland scenery highlight the beauty of Hope County, Montana. There are many things to recommend about the game itself:
### Popular Villains

Unlike 10/10 games, the villains in the Far Cry series are quite individual and popular. For example, in Far Cry 5, there is a cult leader of Hope County and his little partners (brothers and sisters). Although you might think it's strange to hear about a cult, the villains in Far Cry 5 have their own philosophies and ideas, yet they are so bad that they make sense. They are based on the destruction theory of a chaotic world, preparing many shelters, and expanding their influence by selling drugs. Then the three brothers are responsible for different parts, the sister is responsible for growing drugs, two brothers are responsible for hunting down good people, and the other is responsible for punishing traitors. Each different person has a very special dress and appearance, but they also have very distinctive features.
### A Somewhat Difficult Aiming System
I personally think the aiming system is a bit difficult, even with auto-aim turned on. Often it's calculated too precisely and I miss the opponent, and I keep dying when I'm nervous. Later, I had to lower the difficulty (but many times, I still died a lot).
### Great Driving Experience
I like the driving experience, it's fun. Although the way of driving and helicopter operation is the opposite. (Interesting, right?). But driving is quite awesome, you can turn on the radio to listen to the broadcast, and then use autopilot to see the scenery, it's a kind of enjoyment.
### Superb Side Missions
I must say that I have actually checked the relevant ending content before (it's great, it's worth knowing). But the side missions themselves often amaze me, for example:
- The egg festival to kill the bull's eggs?
- Crashing through the cultists' blockade
- Alien missions
- Also paying tribute to previous missions
### Disaster Resource Box Side Missions Full of Puzzles
In addition to these side missions, the disaster box is an even better system. In many places there are supplies prepared for the period of refuge. (Of course, there are also skill points).
After obtaining the location of the relevant disaster resource box, there are quite a few puzzle missions, whether it's
- Shooting the door lock from a distance
- Connecting the power supply
- Finding a certain key
- Using a car as a springboard
You can choose not to solve them, or you can solve them all. (You will get more skill points).
### Other Small Details:
#### Forced Main Story Missions:
As long as the resistance point is sufficient, directly open the boss fight mode. No matter where you are? You will be caught and start fighting the small boss. Some people scold it, some people like it. I think it's not bad. You don't have to look for the boss, but you have to know this mode, otherwise you will be at a loss and not know what to do next.
#### Super Difficult Fishing:
Fishing is fun, but it's really, really, really difficult! I gave up.
## Summary
I would highly recommend this series of games, the feeling of doing small tasks is very low. It allows you to relax and travel the whole country, with beautiful scenery and excellent side missions. It can also make you like the big villains. I should continue to play Far Cry 6.
