How AI Flagged Me For Being In Cybersecurity

First post here but in reverse.

I had a plan to make short cybersecurity related posts on LinkedIn to grow my network as mine is pretty small.

After my daily post, I thought maybe linking to here, or my own website.

I thought this would greatly help recruiters that bypass the ATS / Resume so they can see vetted skills, not just a random resume.

As you know, cybersecurity even in entry roles requires a level of privacy so I created the account with a privacy email. Now I am locked out and they want my ID.

I had only made one harmless post. Isn’t that app full of slop anyway?

Regardless, I have bills to pay to the irony is absurd since LinkedIn is full of spam, scammers and AI slop.

I help secure AI systems so I’m not against AI, but that was a false flag where I didn’t use a VPN, just a privacy email. Thankfully my security settings were intact, but now I am fully locked out (that’s ironic too, I’ve locked myself out of other sites when support isn’t helpful).

Thankfully there’s the option of posting here and GitHub. First post and I apologize for ranting but expect more posts with real utility.

Someone needs to make a new LinkedIn. Maybe that should be me (or us).
