About the role
We’re a Japan-based software firm expanding our US client base. We’re looking for a US-based collaborator to handle client communication. No coding is required, but you should be up-to-date on AI (LLMs, agents, RAG, model providers, vector DBs, evaluation, costs/latency) so you can talk with technical stakeholders and manage expectations accurately.
Responsibilities
- Join client calls (Zoom/Google Meet) and keep conversations on-track
- Clarify scope, timelines, and risks; communicate trade-offs
- Capture action items and send crisp written summaries/follow-ups
- Align expectations around AI feasibility, cost, latency, accuracy, and maintenance
Time & location
- Up to ~5 hours/week, flexible
- Remote, US time-zone friendly
Compensation
- Weekly retainer: $500–$1,000/week for up to 5 hours (pro-rated if fewer hours)
- Profit-share (optional): On select projects. Historically, collaborators in this role have earned ~$3k–$5k/month for ~5–10 client meetings, depending on pipeline and deal size (results vary).
This role is not
- Not a coding/dev role
- Not lead-gen scraping or spam
- No upfront fees or purchases—ever
