I will advocate for gender equality by not caring about the gender.

My advice for fellow allies is to continue fighting and opening the eyes to everyone.
As my extra personal experience, today in a robotics competition a girl has been the one who won it, she wasn't less that everyone else in that room, and you, yes you, you aren't either. And I really hope to see your job, because you can make incredible things.
