Is it possible to duplicate some websites code?

Hey guy,

I'm curious if it's possible to build a script which saves a whole Websites code and deploys it automatically afterwards on another server and different domain.

PS: for duplicating existing websites to another server
-> I don't want to include database connections and other APIs, since it isn't really possible.
