Getting into CBD can feel confusing at first. There are so many options, and everything claims to be “premium” or “lab-tested.”
What helped me was keeping it simple.
I just check one thing first — the COA (lab report).
If a product doesn’t show a real third-party test, I don’t even bother. That’s usually a red flag.
After that, I’ll quickly check if the batch number matches and if the test is recent.
You’d be surprised how many products skip one of these.
Once you start looking, it gets easier to tell what’s legit and what’s not.
If you’re new to CBD, this alone can save you a lot of trial and error.
Curious, what’s something you always check before buying online?
