Mental health issues are becoming a major cause for less inhuman world and more suicide rates .

Nowadays I can relate to the fact that we are all going through one or the other thing but we barely have time to sit and calm Ourselves because there's always that need to be done which makes our emotions secondary. I am a fan of podcasts And reading all the sources which makes me a little bit wiser. And to be very honest every podcast that I have ever heard directly or indirectly reflects upon people's desire to attain everything in life just to rise above It all and attain spiritual well-being because being human with oneself has also become the biggest task of our generation.
We as a generation have moved beyond reading to social media where most of our time is spent on watching reels hence further deteriorating our attention spans, making us irritated, frustrated and at last distant from one another.
But we have a habit of learning from Our mistakes and that's why I guess we are doing that which we call introspection and slowly gradually we are returning to old methods like reading, nature and what not.
But still, more than half of the population never speaks about their mental health issues because they are scared to show their vulnerability ignoring the fact that somewhere all are suffering which often becomes the cause for us Falling in our relationships.
