Why is law so important yet so messed up?
Law has not been in existence since the beginning but as civilization came into being people started forming communities to formulate a civil and organized society.
One of the most used phrases from recent times is justice delayed is justice denied because Of how our system is. Now I am not blaming the system because it sure has unnumbered cases daily to deal with and it becomes hectic. I believe the crime rates are because of the prevailing conditions like poverty, unemployment, corruption and many more which corrupt the minds of the people whom we call criminals. Because no one is born like that but they are made.
For example, sexual assaults ( because it is the most frequent and heartbreaking crime sadly ) have become a ritual in our country daily well not just in our country but every other country as well and believe me the cases are so severe that just hearing about them gives us goosebumps and the fear it instills in our mind Is beyond words. Just think about what the family of the victim goes through after it all and then there's the whole process to deal with to attain justice and the financial constraints it causes.
Because of the prevailing conditions where everything is being treated as business people have made it a form of making money too and by that I mean the cumbersome process of filing complaints and the fees it takes many people are unable to have the justice they deserve. https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/lawyer-fools-by-charging-fees-but-not-filing-cases-51537.asp
I am not here to benefit from anything but I'm here as a human. Www.Middlemanasia.com . Asia is an AI-based law platform that helps in the legal process with proper guidance and support that too without any fee. It works under wedidit ( www.wedidit.in) as a nonprofit organization.
You can check on the site for the surety and the way it works.
All I am asking you is to have a look and help someone in need. You have no idea what the impact is.
