I would definitely get the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B since it usually runs at about the same pricepoint as the 2 nowadays and (over the 2), has a 64bit processor, WiFi, Bluetooth, and updated MicroUSB.
I personally haven't got a case for mine actually, but many vendors will suggest a number of cases when you go to buy one. Hope this helps, and good luck :)
