Programming Fonts

A terrific resource to test drive free programmer fonts. My to free choices: Fire Code, DejaVu Mono, and Hack. I am leaning towards Fire Code’s Retina typeface.

Nice resource, thanks for the link!

For proportional fonts, I really like Input. I've used it for years.

Since then, a few years ago I stumbled across Fira Code and I find myself using it a lot. Fabulous font, I love the ligatures. (Mostly because I live in the terminal and use Vim. Both of which are monospaced font centric.)

Fira Code is cool. I have tried a bazillion of fonts, yet I find something interesting in Fira's design.
