Why I am stuck and always Learning..

For the past 6-7 years, through my diploma and B.Tech in CSE, I've cycled through the same CS fundamentals three times over. Yet, I find myself stuck in a paradox of always learning but never truly knowing; I can start DSA from scratch repeatedly, but faced with a blank screen and a new problem, my mind goes blank and my ability to solve it from zero remains nonexistent. I am perpetually preparing, trapped in the comfortable familiarity of tutorials, but never crossing the bridge into genuine understanding or creation, and I'm writing this to finally acknowledge that I'm running in place.
