How to Calculate Your SaaS Trial-to-Paid Conversion Rate in Google Sheets (Free Template)

Here's the 5-minute setup:

Step 1: Track Daily Signups

Create columns: Date, Source (organic/paid/referral), Trial Users, Active Day 7, Paid Users.

Step 2: Let Formulas Do the Math

Conversion Rate = Paid Users / Trial Users
MRR Impact = (Paid Users * Monthly Plan Price)
12-Month Projection = (Current MRR * (1 + Monthly Growth)^12)

Step 3: See the Revenue Impact

I found that improving conversion from 4.5% to 6% added $3,000 ARR.
