- Automated lead generation (13k+ leads)
- Posting on IndieHackers, dev.to, everywhere possible

- Backend: Flask (Python)
- Payments: Razorpay + UPI
- Tunnel: Cloudflare Tunnel

- Automation: Playwright, PowerShell scripts
Lessons So Far
Building the product is 20% of the work. Distribution is the other 80%. Without an existing audience, every new user is a hard-won victory.
