If you use AI tools regularly, you type the same prompts repeatedly. PromptStash gives you a prompt library accessible from any AI chat interface.
The Problem
AI chat interfaces don't have native prompt libraries. ChatGPT has Custom Instructions and GPTs, Claude has Projects — but these are platform-specific. The typical workaround: keep prompts in a text file, switch apps to find them, copy, switch back, paste. Friction on every use.
PromptStash eliminates this context switch by putting your prompt library directly inside the chat interface.
How It Works
Type a slash command (/translate, /summarize) in any AI chat input. A dropdown shows matching prompts from your library. Select one — it's inserted instantly.
All prompts stored locally. Nothing sent to any server.
Supported Interfaces
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity
- Any AI chat interface using standard text input fields
What I Learned: CWS Rejection
First submission was rejected for "keyword stuffing" — I listed every AI tool by name in the description. The fix: replace specific tool names with natural language ("works with all major AI chat interfaces"). This passed review immediately.
Lesson: CWS descriptions should read like marketing copy for humans, not SEO keyword lists.
