Сrossfit at home. Meditation. And I try to read fewer negative news, because negative news drains a lot of energy.
Exercise at morning before work and rest at weekends, trying to improve my diet as well by avoiding sweets & fats. And going out as much as possible.
Walk more or cycling!
+1 to cycling! I cycle at least 20km a day
Oh wow! For me, it would be for cycling a short distance in the center of my city, so I'd say between 3 and 5 km.
I prefer doing workout everyday as I can't keep up a good diet. I lift weights 6 days and rest day on sunday. I don't lift heavy weights. It works for me.
Trying hard to decrease my screen time in useless activities which reduce the stress and leads to a major improvement in sleep pattern
