  1. Delete all toxic social media (fb, twitter, instagram, reddit, etc), stop doomscrolling.
  2. Daily 20-30 minute walks.
  3. Read a philosophical book every once in a while.
  4. Do not work or sit on your computer on the weekends.
  5. Be proactive about being more active in life.

Сrossfit at home. Meditation. And I try to read fewer negative news, because negative news drains a lot of energy.

Exercise at morning before work and rest at weekends, trying to improve my diet as well by avoiding sweets & fats. And going out as much as possible.

Oh wow! For me, it would be for cycling a short distance in the center of my city, so I'd say between 3 and 5 km.

  1. Doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 1-2 times a week
  2. Daily goal of 8,000 steps
  3. Reading a newsletter or a book every day!

I prefer doing workout everyday as I can't keep up a good diet. I lift weights 6 days and rest day on sunday. I don't lift heavy weights. It works for me.
