I am certainly aware of how age impacts my learning and retention. Over the years, I have moved to noting down all important things as memory joggers and keep notebooks of things that I know I need to retain for later use.
I have also learned to recognize when I'm in the right mindset to grow and when to leave it and return. A perfect example is sitting down to solve a problem with some new framework or language and realizing that it's not in my brain right now.
Quiet/Meditation time is a great way to help me adjust my thinking to get the best out of whatever I undertake next.
I’m aware of my age, and it’s had an impact
I don't know about it, but in my opinion, knowing that you are younger makes you discouraged from speaking in front of anyone.
I'm still navigating this phase. It's more about how to have that awareness and personal growth benefit me before I can make it benefits others.
