Electronics development is so much behind web/software development in terms of community. It's sad to see that most communities are owned by big-co (EDN, Avnet, Autodesk), focused on "makers" or just too small.
I'm not familiar with other sites like dev.to (nothing will be as good, I think) but there is already some content here around this subject :) I am trying to bring some tutorials about basic electronics, and I think there are other people sharing stuff in the #electronics hashtag too.
