Corbind. First stable release.

Hi everyone! I don’t want to take a lot of time, so ...

Finally it happened. New Kotlin Coroutines release and the first stable (more or less) release of Flow API.
I think it's time for me to release the first stable version of Corbind.

What is Сorbind?

Kotlin Coroutine binding APIs for Android UI widgets from the platform and support libraries. Supports Flow, ReceiveChannel and Actor.
