🧗 Challenges I Faced

• Character Consistency
  The #1 technical challenge was maintaining consistent character appearances across all story pages. Most AI image generators create different-looking characters each time. We built a custom pipeline that maintains character identity throughout the entire book.

• Age-Appropriate Content
  Training the AI to generate vocabulary and themes appropriate for specific grade levels (K-5) while keeping stories engaging required extensive prompt engineering and content filtering.
  Balancing Quality & Speed

Story generation needs to be fast enough to feel magical (under 30 seconds to start) while maintaining quality illustrations and coherent narratives.
