As part of my self-training process in the IT support field, I’ve started to record and publish troubleshooting cases that I simulate and solve. The purpose is to improve both my technical skills and bilingual IT documentation practice in German and Turkish. Here are three real-life support scenarios I recently worked on.

Hier sind drei reale Support-Szenarien, an denen ich kürzlich gearbeitet habe.
Senaryo 1: USB Stick Not Recognized
Problem:
USB stick not detected by PC.
Actions Taken:
- Changed USB port
- Tried on another PC (worked fine)
- Updated drivers via Device Manager
- Removed & reconnected device in Device Manager
Result:
USB port of the first PC was faulty. Recommended repair.

Senaryo 2: Monitor – No Signal Issue
Problem:
The monitor was not displaying any image.
Actions Taken:
- Checked cable connection
- Tried a different cable
- Tested on another PC
- Updated GPU drivers
Result:
The VGA output of the original PC was defective. Monitor worked fine on other PCs.
Senaryo 3: Keyboard Keys Not Working
Problem:
Some keys on the keyboard not responding.
Actions Taken:
- Cleaned keyboard
- Tested on different USB port
- Tried on another PC
- Plugged a new keyboard
Result:
Defective keyboard, replaced.
