Great article, which will help my organization! We're in the process of growing, and having a hard time hiring qualified people in all kinds of roles (software developers particularly). We've been using monster.com as a resource, with mixed success. I'll be taking a look at what you mentioned to see if any of these are viable options for us; so thank you, this'll be very helpful.
