I think there's a bug for the top repos list. I've got a repo with 750 stars but it doesn't show up at the top, it doesn't even show up at all.

It will sort on the basis of no:of stars, Do you have other repos with greater than 750 stars or is that repo forked

Nope, it's my own repo and it's my best one in terms of stars.
