Need help in learning CSS!!

I'm pretty much new to the front end development. I need to know the way to start with CSS and design. The flow to be precise. I'm familiar with basics of CSS.

While CSS isn't a language per-se and I don't quite understand what you mean by "the flow", CSS for me is mostly a little bit of memorization in learning which properties do what, and a lot of trial and error. As far as resources, I can offer:

I'd definitely recommend playing with frameworks, as they give you really nice layout, and you can browse the CSS styles, or override them with your own:
purecss.io/
getbootstrap.com/
materializecss.com/

And a fun way to learn flexbox:

W3Schools is a great resource. I always search there when I know something is possible but I forgot how to do it.
