Why not just pay for the cloud services yourself for now, and invoice your startup company and have them pay you back (or in advance)? This would be a the same as if you paid a 3rd-party IT company to set up your cloud services for you. You can change the payment method later after you get a card for the company.
In order to invoice my company I would become a sole proprietor (a one-person company)... well, at least that's what I think how company laws and taxation in Germany work. I'm afraid this will end in a bureaucratic mess.
