Give yourself challenge in every stage of your life like the books you want to read, marathon or action you are going to take. The best way you can bring out the best version of yourself is by challenging yourself. Challenge is what make us uncomfortable, challenge is what give us pain, challenge is what push us to be a best version of oneself. I believe you can challenge yourself in every stage of your life. Set your goals on the basis of does it challenging you or not if your goals are not challenging than it will not worth achieving. Remember we grows in life when we start doing something which make us feel uncomfortable. Live your life outside of your comfort zone.

Calm in your mind every situation whether you are happy or sad it makes you wiser person. I believe Calm people can control their emotion. When you calm yourself means you are developing a self-discipline within yourself, there is a saying " Seek First to understand than to be understood". Always speak when it is necessary otherwise calm yourself the more you calm yourself the more you control your emotions.

The one of the best way you can get most out of your work is to plan before you take action. Develop a habit of writing whether its your goals, dreams, plan and creative ideas. Keeping a journal I believe is motivating and inspiring habit which you will realize when you start writing. The people who write tend to be more self aware, positive and action oriented.

The biggest distraction in your work or goals is your mobile phone, social media profile. The people who have social media account tend to use their phone again and again which is distracting them from their dreams. If you want to change your life start getting yourself off from all social media accounts. Small things matter if you are thinking that you will check your phone for just 1 or 2 minutes it is also distracting habit because it will drift your thoughts from your work. Spend one week in a month where you don't use any social media accounts you feel more happy more positive and creative.
