Started learning to program seriously early 2017. Love fixing problems so decided to switch careers from e-commerce and management to programming and web dev. Longterm goal is full stack developer.
Honestly, I would suggest taking the time to write both. English is the language for the most part of international programming but as is more eloquently argued for below spanish speakers need to learn también!
You'll be writing one article longer but you'll have the benefit of a clearer finished product (writing and editing in English and writing and editing In spanish will allow for more clarity on both articles.) Plus you'll help keep your technical jargon sharp in both languages which may open a door up down the road. If you post in spanish here on dev.to I'll at least read it so you have one person!
