Priya has been at her desk since 8 AM. She manages the startup intake program for a mid-sized accelerator — a job she genuinely loves. But tonight, like most nights this week, she's doing the part of the job nobody talks about.

There's the founding team building in a language your reviewer doesn't speak as a first language. Their translated summary loses something in the conversion.

The first filter just needs to be fair. Consistent. Thorough enough to give every founder a real shot before the shortlist is made.
