I agree with all your points. Here's my opinion on some disadvantages of working remotely.
I don't get to talk to people (we all need to socialize!).
Meetings aren't as natural as they are in real-life (although with video-conferencing now I can't really hold on to that point, but still, I prefer the face-to-face way).
Kids (luckily, I don't have any).
All in all, I still think the benefits outweigh the inconveniences!
