It allows you to create a hardened firefox profile, where you can choose how paranoid it should be by reading a short description for every option and then selecting what matches your preferences.
Pull requests and issues are welcome. If you create an issue, which contains everything needed (setting, short description, possibly a short text or link why it's useful for privacy) i will add it fast.
