How are you using it as a to do app?
I think there is a built-in template allowing you to drag-drop the tasks in a board, or display it in a calendar, table, etc; and do some sort.
You can also create your own template.
The con is it would take some time to learn and setup.
What I like is how they utilize keyboard usage (by the /).
