Personally I actually like standup as it gives me a memory boost to start my day. Yesterday I worked on abc today I am working on xyz. Possibly I will have problem with def. Would make my day if someone comes back to me and say you missing g-w have a think through that and let's work together if you need extra eyes. Honestly that's what I try to do for my team as often as I can.
