Is there anything I can do given the limitations of my age?
Freelancing is an option, but as you said, I could not be noticed easily if I don't stick out. - Plus, people might think young equals inexperienced, and not bother.
I could make Discord bots, but that's some work, especially getting new bot keys everytime.
I would do YT, but my account got terminated, and Vimeo isn't infinitely free.
I don't have any text-blog ideas, or sites to post on other than here.

Actually, age means nothing. When I was 15 nobody even noticed that, just do what u want to do, for it was: writing, programming and design. Even if think that you've no experience in some of these sphere then you can just practice and exploring new things.
