A long time ago, I stopped using Google or Alphabet services also now I'm still using them. For the search, you can go for startpage.com/ that uses Google search but anonymously, for Map you can use OpenStreet Map. You can find more alternatives here.
Truth be told, Google is doing great for UI and UX. They have great products but don't take care of users as human beings.
