1. Youtube -> Stop watching it is a waste of time, read a book.
2. G-Mail -> iCloud/self-hosted/protonmail
3. Android -> iOS (there are also android alternatives that run android apps, forgot the name though)
4. Calendar -> Apple
5. Photos -> Apple Photos/Lightroom + Hard Drive
6. Notes -> Bear or Ulysses app. Folder in a cloud with markdown files in it works too
7. Drive -> OneDrive, iCloud
8. Maps -> Just use it without being logged in
9. Google Pay -> Cash, Credit card, Shopify Pay. Its not hard to live without the feature
