Nice intro, I never had an issue with being rejected, I got used to it from my first time I looked for a dev position.
Even now, as experienced dev I hear the same lines "not enough experience in X technology".
Also being picky and knowing my market value did not helped at all ๐น, most companies are looking for cheap labor not quality work.
