Delivering against predefined requirements and walking on water are equally easy. Assuming they are both frozen. But we know that is rarely the case. You argue people push Agile to charge big bucks in consulting fees, but I would say you push waterfall so you are not accountable for delivering a working solution and can bill your customers forever.
