Great post, Ben! It's always hard to say no to new ideas coming but it's extremelly necessary otherwise we couldn't focus on one and try it hard to make it go well. There is also the idea of having multiple "bets" at the same time but having the time constraint when working for your "normal" job makes it harder to do it. For me, the best would be to focus on one and put the new ones in the backlog.
