IMO, at the end of the day, they all serve the same purpose. Those differences in rendering speed are barely noticeable in 99% of the apps.
We devs tend to pick frontend frameworks mostly based on subjective feelings, familiarity with the tools, popularity, surveys, or whatever we learned in the Bootcamp.
You won't be wrong picking either of them. Just make sure to double down on your choice and become proficient and productive.
