A one-person Domain-First studio for fintech architecture — DDD, hexagonal, event-driven on Java & Spring. The business model stays legible while frameworks, regulation and AI agents change underneath.
Born of 15+ years in regulated fintech — investment banking, wealth management, payment platforms — and the same chronic patterns met over and over: business logic dissolving into frameworks, modernization sold as rewrites, and lately AI agents working blind, drifting the domain with every commit. Codefreeze is the answer I built: freeze the domain as pure, versioned Java interfaces and keep everything else liquid — frameworks, cloud and AI agents included. One method, scaled across every layer: code, MCP, infra, AI. Written down as the Domain-First Rules.
