Yes! I believe we absolutely need a "Programmer's Oath" in the field, although I might add one more item:

Too often, coders display an air of superiority over people who don't know what they do. Sometimes this is the result of imposter syndrome, sometimes not, but either way it's harmful. We should be using our skills and knowledge to build others up and empower them, not to tear them down.
