Our story

Colitu was founded on a simple belief: privacy and reliable internet access should never depend on where you connect from.

We're building an open-source VPN designed for challenging network environments, combining adaptive connectivity, transparent engineering, and security-focused development.

Our mission is to make private, secure, and unrestricted connectivity accessible to everyone.

Through Colitu Engineering, we share our innovations, technical challenges, and the technology behind our products.

Our stack

Networking & Protocols: Hysteria2, VLESS Reality, VLESS XHTTP, Trojan, Shadowsocks 2022, TCP/UDP, QUIC, TLS.

Platforms: Windows, Android, iOS, Linux, and browser extensions.

Infrastructure: Linux-based VPN servers, encrypted tunnels, adaptive protocol selection, and connectivity monitoring.

Engineering: Open-source development, network diagnostics, protocol fallback, security testing, and cross-platform application development.
