I learned it at some point. Saying "I don't know" doesn't make you look incompetent but honest. And it opens an opportunity to find the solution together. Those little wins you can have with a team member are very healthy. I learned to embrace admitting that I don't know everything. At the same time it means I can always learn something. And that's good.
