I had to go back to those days when my curiosity grounded me: it was because I precisely knew so little that I realized that I’m always learning something. I had to learn to take compliments just as well as I had to learn to take criticism. Criticism alone isn’t enough, you need to be applauded for your strengths as well. I had to be okay about raising my hand to ask questions and to not be a Lone Ranger at everything.
