## The situation

I'm a senior fullstack developer with 9+ years of experience. I've built software for BNP Paribas, Fujitsu, Accenture, and

Timwe-Tech. I'm Top Rated Plus on Upwork with a 100% Job Success rate.

In 2023 I launched my own software consulting company in Portugal — Limitless GMTech Solutions.

The problem? I have more client demand than I can deliver alone. And I don't want to turn down good projects anymore.

## What I'm building

A small network of senior developers I can collaborate with on projects. Not a marketplace. Not Toptal.

Think of it as: I handle the clients, contracts, and business side. You write great code. Sometimes that means working on my

own projects, sometimes it means joining a client's team on behalf of my company.

## How it works

1. You fill out a short profile (skills, availability, rate)
2. When a project matches you, I reach out
3. You decide if you want in — no obligation, no exclusivity
4. The project runs through my Portugal-based EU company
5. You get paid on time

That's it.

## What makes this different

Every project I run uses AI-augmented development. I work with Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, and Antigravity daily. Not as a

gimmick — as a core methodology.

I'm looking for developers who think the same way. If you're already using AI tools in your workflow, you'll fit right in.

## What I'm looking for

• Senior developers (3+ years of real production experience)
• Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Node.js, or AWS
• Remote — I don't care where you live
• Part-time or full-time — your choice
• Already using AI tools in your daily workflow (not required, but strongly preferred)

## What I'm NOT looking for

• Junior developers (nothing against you, but client projects need experience)
• People who want a full-time job with benefits (this is project-based freelance collaboration)
• 100 developers. I need the right 10-15.
