No it's not. We've been developing app using Vue + web-components wrapper and it was pretty bad. Some of the used libraries wasn't working. Different behaviour in IE11 of different versions and some other problems I don't remember about. Eventually we removed web-components wrapper and it became much easier for everyone. Not going to write a big comment article/comment about it, so you can either trust me or not, up to you :)
